Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the petitioners to surrender before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in connection with Crime No.889 of 2010 for the offence u/s 294(b), 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 on the file of the respondent and enlarge the petitioners on bail by filing bail application on the same day. ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.889 of 2010 on the file of the respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
