ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii), 307, 149 of I.P.C. and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No. 535 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders.
