ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 14.06.2017 seeking for sub division and issuance of patta by measuring and fixing the boundary stones.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017, the respondents have not measured the property and issued patta to him.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that on payment of necessary charges, the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for measuring the above said property and for fixing the boundary stones, after giving notice to all the interested parties and issue patta, in accordance with law, 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the

merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017 on payment of necessary charges for measuring and fixing the boundary stones in the petitioner's land and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
