ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition to sign before the respondent police daily twice by 10.00 a.m. And 5 p.m. for 30 days imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur District in Crl.MP.No.1419 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. Accordingly, the condition in
