ORDER

Alleging that the petitioner's husband threatening her and herchild, the present petition is filed seeking police protection.

2. The petitioner's husband who is arrayed as 4th accused, served notice through RPAD, but no representation.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the 4th respondent was called and he has given a letter of undertaking that here after he will not disturb the petitioner and the child. After recording his undertaking, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that still there is threat in the hands of the 4th respondent. 2/4

5. If any complaint is received from the petitioner herein regarding threat by the 4th respondent, after due enquiry, case may be registered and proceed in accordance with law.
