ORDER
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.B.Madhura, learned Counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the earlier Order dated November 15, 2024 passed by this Court in CRP.No.1674 of 2023 has been complied with by the revision petitioners. To that effect, the revision petitioners filed a Memo dated December 05, 2024 along with Acknowledgment Card.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed by setting aside the Order dated December 03, 2019 in I.A.No.372 of 2011 in O.S.No.310 of 2002.

Considering the nature of the Suit, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.310 of 2002 as expeditiouly as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Both parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial for expeditious disposal of the Original Suit. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 06.12.2024 Index :
