ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to 1/4
relax the condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.4794 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further order.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
