ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned proceedings dated 25.04.2024 and seeking a direction, forbearing the respondent from disconnecting the service connection.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as against the impugned demand dated 25.04.2024, an appeal remedy is available before the Executive Engineer. Therefore, this Court may permit the petitioner to raise all contentions before the Appellate Authority.
3. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Appellate Authority within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such filing, the Appellate Authority shall conclude the proceedings within a period of six weeks thereafter. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
