Respondents PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to exercise its revisional jurisdictional powers under Article 227 of the Constitution by directing the learned Principal Sub Court, Alandur to set a time frame for expeditious disposal o I.A.No.1 of 2022 in A.S.No.11 of 2022 filed by the petitioners herein. O R D E R

The limited prayer in the revision petition is for a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Alandur, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 in A.S.No.11 of 2022 expeditiously.

2. The petitioners are the appellants in A.S.No.11 of 2022 and they have filed I.A.No.1 of 2022 for interim stay pending disposal of the appeal. Though the contesting respondents have entered appearance on 01.03.2023 itself, the said application has not been taken up and decided finally despite the petitioners expressing their readiness. Now, I.A. stands posted on 21.06.2023. In such circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court to protect their rights and seek expeditious disposal of the stay petition.

In view of the limited prayer, this Court dispenses with the notice to the respondents to order being passed only issuing a direction to the Court below to hear I.A.No.1 of 2022 and pass final orders within period of 15 days from today. The main appeal also shall be taken up simultaneously and heard 2/4

all after hearing of the parties and conclude it within a period of three months thereafter. It is also clarified in the event of the petitioner being able to produce a copy of the this order in the first week of June 2023, the Court shall suo motu advance the hearing of the appeal and I.A. From 21.06.2023 to shorter date after putting the respondents on notice and hearing the same in accordance with law and ensure that the time lines even above are kept.

4. With the above observations, this civil revision petition stands disposed of.
