ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 9.00 a.m or evening 6.00 p.m until further orders, instead the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the C1 Flower Bazaar police station, Chennai daily morning at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7890 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7890 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025 that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the C1 Flower Bazaar police station, Chennai daily morning at 10.30 a.m until further orders is relaxed.
