When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted before this Court that the petitioner after obtaining the order of anticipatory bail on 24.08.2020, has appeared before the respondent police only on 21.09.2020 and immediately without complying the conditions, has filed the present petition for relaxation.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking relaxation cannot be considered at this stage and accordingly dismissed.
