ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 9.7.2018 in accordance with law.

2. The above said representation has been sent by the petitioner to respondent Nos.1 to 4 objecting to the laying of tar road by the fifth respondent near the lake in Survey No.188 in the boundary of Omandur Village to connect Kovadi Village.

3. The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 stated that the said representation will be decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks of the communication of the order to the second respondent, i.e., the Executive Engineer, Water Resource, Public Works Department, District Collectorate, Villupuram District, after giving notice to all interested parties.
