This revision challenges the order of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem, passed in unnumbered I.A.No... of 2016 in O.S.No.209 of 2009 on 22.03.2016.

2. Petitioners, who are defendants 1 to 5 in the action in O.S.No.209 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem, moved an application seeking a direction to call for certain documents towards marking the same. The Court below, under order dated 22.03.2016, dismissed such application. Aggrieved, the present revision has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for proposed respondents 3 to 5.

4. Learned counsel for proposed respondents 3 to 5 referred to the counter affidavit and submitted that the petitioners have obtained copies of documents, which they had prayed to be called from another Court, on 07.06.2016.

5. Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that such date falls after preference of this revision.
