The petitioner made an objection on 21.08.2015 stating that the go-down and the building, which are being used for storing explosives, would cause hazards to the petitioner and the nearby villages and therefore, appropriate action will have to be taken. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 21.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by himself or by directing the respondent nos.3 & 4 to do the same, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.5.
