(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner had earlier executed a bond to keep good behavior and thereafter, he has breached the bond. Thereby, the Deputy Commissioner, Triplicane, has initiated proceedings against the petitioner and the petitioner has been detained for a period of 354 days.
