Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

2.At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent had placed before this Court, a communication issued to the petitioner, dated 13.01.2016, informing the petitioner that he had been admitted in the Post Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM), in the first respondent, Institute, viz., Indian Institute of Management, NIT Campus, Trichy, for the academic year 2016-2019. Even though it has been stated in the said communication, that the admission is provisional in nature, subject to the withdrawal of th present writ petition, it is clear that the admission of the petitioner is final, subject to the petitioner complying with the requirements of the first respondent, like payment of fees and other such requirements necessary for the admission.

3.In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
