and R.HEMALATHA,J (Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) By order dated 24.11.2020, this Court, condoned the delay of 338 days in representing the papers on condition that the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the time granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court may be extend by another two weeks for complying with the conditional order.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we extend the time granted by this court on 24.11.2020, by another two weeks.

Post after two weeks for reporting compliance.
