O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act on the representation made by the petitioner on 1.8.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta.

2. Mr. S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 2nd respondent and an enquiry has been fixed today. Learned counsel submitted that if the petitioner is not able to be present for enquiry today, a fresh notice will be issued to the petitioner by fixing another date for enquiry and the petitioner can be present for enquiry along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
