O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to settle all the retirement benefits with 6% interest for the belated settlement of retirement benefits to the petitioner herein by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 01.10.2024, 27.03.2025 and 10.04.2025.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had retired from the services of the respondent corporation on 31.05.2024 as "Driver". Thereafter, made a representations dated 01.10.2024, 27.03.2025 and 10.04.2025 to the respondent seeking retirement benefits. Since there was no response from the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Though there is disputed facts between the parties, taking into consideration of the fact that the representations made by the petitioner is yet 2/4

to be considered, this Court without going into merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the representations dated 01.10.2024, 27.03.2025 and 10.04.2025 on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
