The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR presume to the petitioner complaint dated 11.08.2015.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.2095 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since a case has already been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
