[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the first and second respondents to secure the petitioners' grandson Master.Krishwanth, minor, aged about 3 years and produce him before this Court and handover custody to the petitioners, facilitate the petitioners to take care good care of his well being, good health and education. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is the case of the petitioners that their grandson Krishwanth, minor, aged about 3 years, is in the illegal custody of the third respondent and hence, they are seeking for the issuance of writ of habeas corpus.

It is seen that the third respondent is none other than the daughter-in-law of the petitioners and the mother of the minor child Krishwanth.

Under such circumstances, it cannot be stated that the minor child Krishwanth, aged about 3 years, is in the illegal custody of the third respondent warranting issuance of writ of habeas corpus.
