ORDER

The petitioners herein produced the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate which reads that the final report filed by the investigation officer has been rejected. Consequently, the order must be passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate regarding the properties or any matters concerning with the crime number. But, so far, no order has been passed with regard to money deposited in the crime number. Hence, the learned Magistrate is directed to pass orders with regard to money deposited in the crime number 493 of 2022. 2.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
