ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 04.02.2017, based on the proceedings of the 1st respondent to the 3rd respondent dated 6.3.2017 within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not challenged the order passed by the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent so far and therefore, liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I give liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, in accordance with law. The petitioner shall file the appeal within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on presentation of the appeal, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
