2.We, thus, direct the Tahsildar / 4th respondent to carry out an inspection at the site and if any, encroachment is found, to proceed against the same in accordance with law. The first part of exercise be completed within one (1) month of the receipt of the order and the second exercise, if required, within two (2) months thereafter.
