On the complaint made by the petitioner that patta has been wrongly granted for the land situated in Survey Nos.135/7A, B and 135/8 for an extent of 1.30 acres and 34 Cents respectively of Vaiyankudi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, summons have been issued by the respondent no.3 to the parties on 30.11.2009. It was followed by subsequent notice issued by the said respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 07.01.2010. The respondent no.2 has also sent a communication to the respondent no.3 to take appropriate action as seen from the proceedings dated 12.03.2015. Despite the same, as no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the complaint of the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.4. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
