ORDER

The Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.29812 of 2018 dated 11.02.2020 was not complied with.

2.It is stated that in CMP No.2881 of 2024 in WA.No.3664 of 2024 a Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 17.12.2024, had granted interim stay of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge. 3.In view of the same, the contempt petition stands closed. However the representation made on behalf of the 3rd respondent that the name of the Tahsildar had been wrongly given and also printed after disposal of the writ appeal. If required, fresh contempt petition may be filed.
