The petitioners made a representation to the respondent no.2 seeking issuance of patta both in their name and that of the respondent no.3 by modifying the earlier one. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 18.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioners as well as to the respondent no.3.
