ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, C.1, Thirupurumbudur Police Station, Kancheepuram District to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.669 of 2015 and file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.A complaint has been lodged by this petitioner as against one L.R.Sudarsan and four others for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 406, 468, 471 and 506(i) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.669 of 2015 as early as on 12.08.2015, till date the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible.
