ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the the respondents to transfer the patta in her name in respect of her lands in S.Nos. 2/4, 3/2, 3/4, 3/5 and 3/6 situated at Alerahalli Village , Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering her representations dated 12.10.2015 and 22.06.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations dated 12.10.2015 and 22.06.2017, the second respondent has not passed any orders so far.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the

petitioner's representations dated 12.10.2015 and 22.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
