ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.568 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, Harur Police Station, Dharmapuri District, to some other investigation agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after registration of the crime completed the investigation and also altered the offences 306 of IPC read with 3 (2) (r a) of S.C and S.T. Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 and the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been taken cognizance in S.C.No.13 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dharmapuri and it is pending for trial. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
