This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.11.2019 for awarding four marks for the petitioner in respect of Economic subject based on the proof produced from standard Textbooks and consequently directing the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner (19PG102105907) to the post of P.G. Assistant (Economics) under MBC(W) category, based on merits in the selection.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been selected in the next recruitment. Page No.2 of 4

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
