ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in respect of the properties mentioned in the complaint, Mr.Ramasamy and others also claimed right and title and therefore, Inspector of Police, Vettavalam, Tiruvannamalai District, will register a case under Section 145 of Cr.P.C, arraying the petitioner as 'A' party and Ramasamy as 'B' party. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is closed.
