After payment of fees, which is said to be requisite, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the land to an extent of 3.12 acres in Survey No.28/4, Motham Agraharam, Mukondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Seeking early disposal of the representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 02.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required.
