Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to hold enquiry under Section 151 PSO against the said Rathnakumar, Inspector of Police, B.1, Dharmapuri Police Station, Dharmapuri District in to the torture inflicted on the petitioner by the Second Respondent herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15/09/2020 on the file of the First Respondent herein to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and undertakes to file a memo to that effect.
