ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus. directing the respondents to consider the representation 23.06.2017 and to take action for supply of drinking water in his locality, immediately.

2. The petitioner appearing in person submitted that in spite of his representation dated 23.06.2017, the respondents have not considered the same and supplied drinking water in his locality.

3. Mr. G.Janakiraman, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, for the supply of drinking water.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2017, for the supply of drinking water to the petitioner's locality and pass orders, in accordance with law, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
