Heard the learned counsel for either side.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of all these applications, it is stated by the petitioners/appellants that the sole appellantG.Muthammal alias G.Muthulakshmi died on 11.11.2004. It is also stated that the counsel engaged by her namely Mr.S.M.Amjad Nainar also passed away and hence, steps have not been taken immediately to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, deceased 1st respondent-V.Sivaraman and deceased 2nd respondent-Marammal.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement and all these applications are deserve to be allowed.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.Nos.13582, 13585 and 13588 of 2018 are ordered.
