This original application has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, her men agents, servants or anybody action on her behalf from removing the child J.Kaarunya Lakshmi born on 20.05.2015 from the jurisdiction of this Court and relocating her to Dindigul or any other place pending disposal of the main O.P.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent in this regard particularly at Paragraph No.29 it has been categorically stated that the child is studying in Bhavans Rajaji Vidyashram, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 and they have no intention to remove the child from the school.

3. In view of the submissions and counter filed by the respondent, this Court is of the view that the apprehension of the applicant is unwarranted. Recording the submissions of the learned http://www.judis.nic.in

dpq counsel for the respondent and the statement made at paragraph No.29 of the counter affidavit, this application is closed. It is made clear that the child should not be removed from the said school without the permission of this Court.
