This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Grama Natham patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by
this Court. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of the petitioner's request for grant of Grama Natham patta in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025, seeking for the grant of Grama Natham patta in favour of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the
