The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to publish the results of the petitioner in B.Ed., Examination held in May 2010, having registration No.1070209BD009 and to issue the mark list and certificates.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up for further hearing today.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent University submitted that the results of the petitioner will be published within a weeks' time and therefore, the petitioner cannot have any grievance. The said statement of the learned counsel for the first respondent University is recorded and the writ petition is disposed, with a direction to the first respondent University to publish the result of the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
