When this revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the revision, the appeal in CMA 13 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram, was disposed of on 14.9.2012 and thereby, there is nothing survives in this revision and hence, he sought for dismissal of the revision petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
