ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenu - E.Balaji aged 22 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for production of the detenu.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenu has returned back.
