ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a summon to the respondent under relevant provision of Contempt act for the willful disobeying the orders of this Court in W.P.No.33749 of 2017 dated 23.02.2021 and punish the respondent. 2.Mr.Rajkumar, the Deputy Superintendent of Police is present before this Court today.

3.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the letter dated 04.10.2021 issued by the respondent to the Sub Registrar, Yercaud, Salem District. A careful reading of this letter shows that the earlier letter dated 10.04.2021 is withdrawn.

4.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already taken steps to proceed further for the attachment of the properties under the TNPID Act. 5.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Counsel and taking into consideration the letter dated 04.10.2021, this contempt petition is closed.
