On instructions, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and no Look out circular (LOC) is pending against the petitioner since the Look out circular issued against the petitioner has already been cancelled.
