(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer made in the Public Interest Litigation is for directions to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015 qua Arulmighu Arunachaleswarar Thirukovil, Tiruvannamalai, where encroachments are stated to be existing.

2. Learned Government Pleader has produced an order before us dated 18.09.2015 of the Commissioner, H.R. & C.E., addressed to the Joint Commissioner/Executive Officer of the aforesaid Temple, whereby action has already been directed to be taken. Thus, the grievance made really does not survive.

3. Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
