This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to provide adequate police protection to the security and safety of the petitioner and his Company.
2.The representation of the petitioner herein been considered and in view of the pendency of the civil suit, the parties are directed to workout their remedy before the Civil Court. The said petition was closed recording the above fact. 3.
In view of the above pendency of the civil suit regarding enjoyment of the property, the police cannot be directed to give protection for one party adverse to the other party for enjoyment of the property, which will affect the out come of the civil suit. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03.11.2023 Index :Yes/No.
