Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.212 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners in judgment made in SC No.96 of 2018 dated 22.02.2019 passed by the III rd District and Additional Sessions Court, Kallakurichi, Kallakurichi and release the petitioners on bail pending Crl.A.No.212/2019.

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to suspend the sentence imposed on them in SC No.96 of 2018 dated 22.02.2019 by the learned III District and Additional Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi and release them on bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
