ORDER

The petitioner club has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to expeditiously pass orders on merits in their petition dated 10.09.2014 for condonation of delay and consequently receive on record, the statutory returns filed by them for the period from 2011-2012 to 2015-2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-club submitted that in spite of the petition dated 10.09.2014, filed by the petitioner's club, the respondent has not disposed of the same, so far.

3.Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner's club dated 10.09.2014, in accordance with law, within a time frame.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petition dated 10.09.2014, filed by the petitioner's club and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
