Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the valuation of Biology marks for petitioner's son namely P.Revin Selvan written Higher Secondary Course Examination during 2014 in Registration No.368812 and bearing TMR Code No.G 420572 of 1st respondent department relating to Answer No.37 in Biology subject and awarding 7 marks as incorrect and direct the 1st respondent to award 9 marks for answer number 37 and revise the mark sheet consequently.
