(CRIME NO.510 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.8425 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crime No.510 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8425 of 2022 to appear before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before investigating officer on every Saturday at 10.30. a.m, until further orders.
