Crl.M.P.No.8149 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11393 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.8149 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11393 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11393 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 in Crime No.33 of 2022, pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent suppressed so many facts before the Court and obtained anticipatory bail and there are two other complaints pending against him.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, there is no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent. However, the second respondent is directed to appear before the first respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 25.07.2022 ata https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page: 1/2
